We move to our brand new clinic on Thursday 19th October. We have a new timetable that includes our popular Reformer Classes but also our new classes, including:
- Mat Pilates
- Mat Pilates Plus
- Strength Training class
Our classes can be easily adapted to suit participant’s injuries and concerns. For example, the strength training class can be performed sitting in a chair and you don’t have to be able to lie down on the floor.
