2023 Casey Business Awards Finalists

The team at Be Your Best Physio combine hands-on Physiotherapy with exercise rehabilitation to maximise the health outcomes of our clients – from reducing neck & back pain, returning to sport, plus assisting women during pregnancy and their post-natal recovery.

We are thrilled to be nominated as finalists in the 2023 Casey Business Awards and thank our loyal clients for their support.

Additional Physios now available!

Melissa has returned to Be Your Best Physio three days per week (now her eldest is in Prep, yes time flies!). She is experience in the management of neck and back pain, sports injuries, pre & post-natal care and dry needling.

We have also welcomed a new Physiotherapist, Ellie Yates. Ellie’s main clinical focus is Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapy in combination with Pilates. Ellie is experienced in Sports Physiotherapy and is assisting the Casey VFL Women’s team.

Is back pain normal in pregnancy?

NO! It is very common to experience back or pelvic pain in pregnancy but it is not experienced by all pregnant women. And just because it is common, doesn’t mean you should ignore it!There are many strategies that can be used to reduce pain intensity and frequency. More details can be found in our free e-book “preventing injury in pregnancy” which can be downloaded from our website here. Our friendly Physiotherapy team can also assist with hands-on treatment, taping and if needed an abdominal or pelvic belt.

Extra Clinical Pilates Class!

We are adding a third Pilates class each Saturday morning – an extra clinical Pilates class at 10am Saturdays.

Pilates helps to rehabilitate injuries, improve posture & build muscle tone & strength. Great for those returning to exercise!
