Is back pain normal in pregnancy?
NO! It is very common to experience back or pelvic pain in pregnancy but it is not experienced by all pregnant women. And just because it is common, doesn’t mean you should ignore it!here. Our friendly Physiotherapy team can also assist with hands-on treatment, taping and if needed an abdominal or pelvic belt.
There are many strategies that can be used to reduce pain intensity and frequency. More details can be found in our free e-book “preventing injury in pregnancy” which can be downloaded from our website
Extra Clinical Pilates Class!
We are adding a third Pilates class each Saturday morning – an extra clinical Pilates class at 10am Saturdays.
